SpotReedem Terms of Service and Sale
These terms are the contract for the SpotReedem website and for any shop on a subdomain of that website that sells SpotReedem keys. They apply to an account, a payment, a key, and a redemption. The privacy notice is part of the same agreement. A chat message, a ticket, or a line on a shop banner does not vary them.
1. Parties and Acceptance
The seller is SpotReedem, operating the SpotReedem website. The customer is the person who opens an account, pays, or redeems a key (the "Buyer"). The Buyer must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter a binding contract. The Buyer is responsible for confirming that this purchase is permitted where the Buyer lives.
All of these terms are accepted automatically as soon as the Buyer clicks the "Redeem Now" button, creates an account, or pays for a key, whichever happens first.
2. What Is Being Sold
SpotReedem buys the digital subscriptions, memberships, and other access that it offers on this website. SpotReedem pays for that access with its own money, before a key is sold. The Buyer does not pay the brand, and the Buyer is not sent to take out a retail subscription in the Buyer's own name.
The contract is between the Buyer and SpotReedem only. The price is the price of a key. A key is a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use access which SpotReedem has purchased and which SpotReedem continues to hold for the life of that key. The Buyer does not become the owner of an account. The Buyer does not receive a gift card, a stored-value card issued by the brand, or title to any third-party service.
SpotReedem is an independent seller. It is not Netflix, The Walt Disney Company, Amazon, Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount, Crunchyroll, Spotify, Deezer, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other company named on a product, and it is not their agent, partner, or authorised retailer. Names and marks are used only so the Buyer can see which service a key relates to.
3. The Key
A key is a code issued by SpotReedem. It is the goods. When the Buyer redeems it while signed in, SpotReedem supplies the access that key was sold for. Depending on the product, that supply is sign-in details, a session or file which opens that access in a browser, or a prepaid balance drawn down as it is used. The redeem screen states what was supplied. That supply is delivery.
The right is for the Buyer alone. The Buyer shall not publish a key, sell a key that has already been redeemed, or pass delivered access to any other person. An approved reseller may sell an unused key in that reseller's own shop. A redeemed delivery is not stock for resale.
4. Delivery and Processing
Where supply is available, delivery is made at the time of a successful redemption. Processing may take longer than expected. Where supply is not available, the key remains valid and the Buyer may redeem it again later. A temporary lack of supply is not a failure to deliver and is not a ground for a cash refund.
5. Warranty and Replacement
Each key carries a 30-day warranty for the access it supplies. The 30-day period begins at the moment the key is redeemed on the site, regardless of how long processing takes.
If access supplied under a valid key stops working during the warranty period through no fault of the Buyer, the Buyer may redeem the same key for a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. Replacement is the remedy. It is not a new sale.
No additional warranty days are granted if a redemption or a replacement request takes longer than expected to be processed. The 30-day period is not extended and is not restarted by a replacement. We recommend starting a redemption or replacement well in advance of when the Buyer actually needs the service.
Access is supplied from subscriptions and memberships which SpotReedem has paid for. It is not a fixed-term contract with the brand, and it is not warranted for a particular title, region, or picture quality. A breach of Section 6 ends the right to a replacement.
6. Buyer's Duties
Access is held by SpotReedem. The Buyer receives a right to use it. The Buyer shall not:
- Change the email address, password, telephone number, or recovery options on that access.
- Add the Buyer's own security method to it.
- Add a card or any other payment method, or buy an upgrade, rental, or gift inside the third-party service.
- Place the Buyer's name, address, files, or other private material on it.
- Copy, publish, or resell the sign-in details, session, file, or token that was supplied.
- Use the access to attack, scrape, or interfere with the third-party service.
SpotReedem may replace or withdraw access in accordance with these terms. Anything the Buyer saves on it may be lost. A charge that a third-party service makes to a payment method the Buyer added is the Buyer's charge. A breach of this section ends the right to a replacement and entitles SpotReedem to close the key without refund.
7. Prepaid Balances
Where the product is a prepaid balance, the key is paid credit, not an unlimited subscription. Use is charged against that balance at the rates applicable to the product until the balance reaches zero. Credit that has been used remains used. If access fails on SpotReedem's side before the balance is used, SpotReedem will restore the ability to use the remaining balance. The Buyer shall keep the token confidential.
8. Optional Software
Some products are used with software SpotReedem makes available from this website after the key is redeemed. The Buyer shall install that software only from a link on the SpotReedem website. That software is SpotReedem's software. It is not a product of the company that operates the service named on the key. The password for the SpotReedem website is not a password for any other service.
9. Payment
The price is the price shown before the Buyer pays. On a reseller shop, payment is made in cryptocurrency, in the currency, amount, and to the address stated on the invoice, before the invoice expires. A payment that confirms is complete. SpotReedem cannot recall a confirmed cryptocurrency payment. An underpayment, a late payment, or a payment against an expired invoice does not complete the order. If a confirmed payment does not result in a key because of a fault of SpotReedem, SpotReedem shall issue the key, or a key of the same product.
10. The SpotReedem Account
Redemption requires a SpotReedem account. The Buyer provides a username, an email address, and a password. The password is stored only in a form that cannot be read back. The Buyer shall keep those credentials confidential and is responsible for activity on the account after a sign-in. SpotReedem ends a signed-in session after a period of inactivity.
The ticket desk is for access to the SpotReedem account itself, including a lockout or a forgotten password, and for data removal requests under Section 11. A delivery that has stopped working is dealt with by redeeming the same key.
11. Data Removal and Security
The Buyer may request the removal of all information SpotReedem stores about the Buyer. To do so, open a ticket, request the removal, and state the reason. Removal results in the loss of any key linked to the account, with no refund and no replacement.
SpotReedem keeps account data and delivery records in a private database. Access is limited to SpotReedem and the people and providers it needs to operate the service. Account passwords are stored only in a form that cannot be read back. Further detail is in the privacy notice.
12. Revocation of Access and Suspension
The developers reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this tool at any time if misuse, abuse, or a violation of these terms is suspected. SpotReedem may refuse a redemption, close a key, or close an account, without refund, if the Buyer:
- interferes with the website or attempts to obtain access the Buyer has not paid for;
- publishes, transfers, or resells delivered access or an issued token;
- alters credentials or recovery settings on access held by SpotReedem;
- uses supplied access to attack or disrupt a third-party service;
- misuses the ticket desk after being told what it is for;
- uses another person's SpotReedem account without authority; or
- pays with funds the Buyer is not entitled to use, or reverses a payment after receiving a key.
SpotReedem may also pause a product while supply is unavailable. Keys for that product remain valid. They are not converted into cash.
13. Reseller Shops
A shop on a subdomain of the SpotReedem website may be operated by an approved reseller. The reseller sets the shop's price and its own shop text. The key is still supplied by SpotReedem, and these terms still govern the key. Shop text does not amend these terms. The price charged by a reseller is a matter between the Buyer and that reseller.
14. Names and Intellectual Property
Product names, logos, and trade marks remain the property of their owners. The text, layout, and software of the SpotReedem website belong to SpotReedem. The Buyer shall not copy the site, scrape it, or use the SpotReedem name on a shop that is not an approved reseller shop on this domain.
15. Availability and Liability
The website and third-party services are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. An outage, a regional restriction, a lack of supply, or a withdrawal of access by a third-party service is not a breach. The Buyer's route is to redeem again when supply is available.
To the extent the law allows, SpotReedem's liability in respect of a key is limited to replacing the access supplied under it or, where a confirmed payment produced no key by reason of SpotReedem's fault, to issuing that key. Rights which a statute does not allow to be waived remain in force.
16. Language Disclaimer
Text on the site may have been translated using AI. SpotReedem accepts no liability for translation errors that lead to incorrect use of the service. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text governs.
17. Changes and General Terms
SpotReedem may amend these terms by publishing a new copy on the SpotReedem website and changing the date at the top. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the amended terms. If a court sets one provision aside, the remaining provisions continue. These terms, with the privacy notice, are the entire agreement. The Buyer may not assign the account.
18. Support
For a lockout or a password that will not work on the SpotReedem account, open a ticket after signing in, where sign-in is still possible. For access that has stopped working, redeem the same key on the home page.
